The word itself sends a shiver down my spine.
As an actor, I naturally know nothing about it.
Joke aside, I know plenty about it. Or rather, I know plenty about how I interact with money:
- I know that I’m scared of it.
- I know that I don’t know enough about it.
- I know what a lack of it feels like.
In essence, my formal education in Money has been through a hard-won degree attending The School of Emotions. (Perhaps I’ve seen you on campus?) And it’s no wonder that being an actor and freelancer makes us feel this way. Just look at the vocabulary used regarding money:
- Survival job
- Filthy rich
- Trust fund kid
