How did you become a director / choreographer?
I started choreographing and directing in college. Though I performed to make a living for over a decade after graduation, I always expected I’d switch to the ‘other side’ of the art eventually.
Any shows you’re dying to see? If so, why?
I love going to the theatre. I genuinely see it as both soul nourishing and instructional. Lifelong learning is one of my commitments. I’m curious about Hamilton and The Curious Incident. And I’m eager to see An American in Paris. I’ve been out of NYC quite a bit for work, so I’m a tad behind on seeing Broadway shows. But I’m on an awards committee for Off-Broadway and therefore I’ve seen a great many off-Broadway shows. And I’ve loved a great many of them!
