How did you get into casting, and why?
I started as an agent, then became a manager and I always had a goal of being a casting director.
You started as a talent manager, is that correct? What’s the story there?
I opened my company in 1999 as a manager, and started casting in 2001 at the request of a producer.
What’s the percentage of your time spent currently as a manager and as a casting director? (Ex. 25% Manager, 75% Casting)
30% Manager, 70% Casting.
What’s your favorite part about being a casting director?
Being in the studio and directing, then seeing the final product (i.e. the film or commercial.)
Any shows/projects you’re dying to cast? If so, why?
I would love to work with Jamie Foxx again!
